Sometimes the smallest changes to furnishings/accessories make such a big impact in the hearts of my clients!
A friend asked me to create a new finish on her beautiful mirror that she had purchased at a local antique store. After months of trying to coordinate it with her dining room decor and wall color, it just wasn’t working well.
Together we selected a new black base color and I mixed a custom champagne and gold to accentuate the aged wood details.
It’s is awesome painting antiques and having the freedom and confidence of my client to be totally creative with the finish! What I love most, is that my client June reaches out often to tell me how much she’s enjoying her mirror in her home. This was painted just in time for Christmas.
My goal was to create her vision for this piece, and it means the world that she is so pleased with the results!
