This beautiful antique desk/storage piece was such fun to repurpose and personalize as a surprise from David to Kelly for their anniversary. Colors selected represent colleges they attended and worked well into their new dining room decor. David kept this heirloom from his grandmother for years for sentimental reasons. I recently had the privilege of meeting Doodles and his owner Beth at a local park to paint his paw prints onto special keepsakes for his family to remember him forever. This project was an interesting challenge after wallpaper was removed. I followed by rolling on dimensional paint to create textured walls to look more like stone. Creative paint finish for this living room/music room using three soft colors to pull in artwork, area rug, and furnishings. Troweled process of adding paint to the walls creates a very abstract design which is full of life. Loved that my customer Jen wanted something personal and creative for her space.
